End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement applies to your use of FlacronBuild, operated by Flacron Enterprises LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using FlacronBuild, you agree to this Agreement.

License

FlacronBuild grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform for lawful personal or business purposes.

You do not own the FlacronBuild software, design, technology, artificial intelligence systems, templates, trademarks, or source code.

Permitted Use

You may use FlacronBuild to:

• Create construction and property projects;
• Upload photographs, plans, measurements, and project information;
• Generate preliminary estimates, scopes, schedules, and reports;
• Use available AI and augmented-reality tools; and
• Share reports with authorized customers, contractors, inspectors, or project participants.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or reproduce the platform;
• Bypass security, subscriptions, usage limits, or watermarks;
• Use FlacronBuild to create fraudulent estimates, claims, reports, or invoices;
• Upload information you do not have permission to use;
• Access another user’s account or project;
• Introduce malicious software; or
• Use FlacronBuild to build or train a competing product.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information;
• Protecting your password and account;
• Controlling access by employees or team members; and
• Reporting unauthorized activity.

You are responsible for actions performed through your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of information you upload.

You give FlacronBuild permission to store, process, analyze, and display your content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have permission to upload all property photographs, documents, personal information, and project materials.

AI and Measurement Tools

FlacronBuild may use artificial intelligence, computer vision, and augmented reality.

AI output and digital measurements may contain errors and must be independently reviewed.

You must verify measurements, prices, materials, code requirements, and recommendations before beginning work, ordering materials, signing a contract, or submitting an insurance claim.

Third-Party Services

FlacronBuild may use third-party providers for payments, hosting, authentication, artificial intelligence, maps, analytics, and communications. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Suspension and Termination

FlacronBuild may suspend or terminate access for:

• Nonpayment;
• Fraud;
• Security threats;
• Illegal activity;
• Misuse of the platform; or
• Violation of this Agreement.

No Professional Relationship

FlacronBuild is a software platform. It is not a contractor, architect, engineer, surveyor, attorney, insurer, adjuster, building official, or licensed inspector.
