These Terms govern your use of FlacronBuild.

Services

FlacronBuild provides technology-assisted tools for construction estimating, repair planning, property documentation, AI analysis, measurements, schedules, material lists, and report generation. Features may vary by subscription, device, location, or availability.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. When using FlacronBuild for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

Subscriptions

FlacronBuild may offer monthly, annual, usage-based, trial, credit-based, or enterprise plans. Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscriptions renew automatically;
• You authorize recurring charges;
• Prices may change for future billing periods;
• Usage limits depend on your plan; and
• You must cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Payments

You are responsible for subscription fees, usage charges, taxes, and other charges disclosed during purchase. Failed payments may result in restricted or suspended access.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information;
• Confirming property access and permissions;
• Reviewing reports and AI output;
• Verifying measurements and pricing;
• Confirming permits and building-code requirements;
• Hiring qualified and licensed professionals; and
• Using the platform lawfully.

Platform Availability

FlacronBuild does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security incidents, internet outages, third-party failures, or events beyond our control.

No Guaranteed Results

FlacronBuild does not guarantee:

• Exact costs;
• Contractor acceptance;
• Permit approval;
• Insurance payment;
• Project completion dates;
• Business revenue;
• Savings; or
• Successful project outcomes.

Intellectual Property

FlacronBuild owns the platform, software, branding, templates, systems, and technology. You may use generated reports for authorized personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer

FlacronBuild is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlacronBuild and Flacron Enterprises LLC will not be responsible for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses. This includes lost profits, project delays, material overages, property damage, denied claims, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid during the 12 months before the claim or $100, whichever is greater, unless the law requires otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Kings County, New York, unless applicable law requires another location.
